Please note that customer orders do not include a dispatch note or invoice. This is all done electronically, so please ensure you keep you confirmation email and dispatch notification email safe for reference if you should need to report a problem or make a return/exchange.
WHAT IS OUR PROCESSING TIME?
Ohh Deer is open Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays and we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days, however during peak seasons this may vary slightly but you will be advised accordingly if we anticipate a processing delay.
GREETING CARD ONLY ORDER (UK & WORLWIDE)
If your order only contains a few greeting cards, we are now able to offer you a reduced shipping rate of £1.95 for our UK and the Republic of Ireland customers and £2.95 for Europe and the rest of the world. These are sent on a ‘Standard Service’ so the transit time depends on the delivery destination.
UK STANDARD & PREMIUM DELIVERY
(Includes Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands)
Where our standard or premium delivery service is selected at the checkout, we aim to get all orders dispatched within 1-3 working days from when the order has been placed. Ohh Deer’s warehouse is open Monday – Friday however this excludes UK public bank holidays, where we are completely closed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched which is when the transit time takes effect. Republic of Ireland - Once your order has been dispatched, we advise that the transit time is normally the same as our standard service of 3-5 working days.
UK ‘FREE’ STANDARD DELIVERY
We offer ‘free’ standard delivery to all UK orders, over the value of £25.00. However your order must meet this value after discounts have been applied to the order. These orders are sent on a standard service which have a transit time of around 3-5 working days.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY
For next day delivery you need to have placed your order before 14:00 Monday – Friday; however you will be advised upon checkout that orders placed on Friday on this service will be delivered Monday. Orders placed after this point or during Saturday/Sunday and Bank Holidays you will be advised at the checkout of the date of delivery. Next day orders do require a signature upon delivery, so there will need to be someone present to sign for the goods otherwise you will be left a calling card. Delivery can be anywhere between 7am – 5pm.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail, Spring, Fastway, Parcel Force, FedEx or DHL depending on the delivery option selected, the size of the order, weight, value and destination the consignment needs shipping to. You will be notified via email, once your order has been dispatched and if tracking is applicable this will be included. The tracking code format can change depending on which courier delivers the parcel. Here are some examples:
